Review of Freemax Mesh Pro Tank--The Mesh King?

Freemax Mesh Pro Tank comes in a paper square box with detailed information on the back of the box. Inside of the package, there is a Mesh Pro Tank, a bubble glass tube, a spare coil and some o-rings.Its actual diameter is only 25mm, but with the bulged resin airflow ring, it becomes about 28mm. Its drip tip is 810 with o-rings on it. With o-rings also on the top cap, you will also be able to fit other 810 drip tips on it as you like. To fill in the tank, you just find the red dot below the top cap and that is where you push the top cap open. Obviously, the claimed fame with this Mesh Pro Tank is its coil heads. It is pre-installed with the Kanthal Double Mesh 0.2ohm Coil (60-90W). The spare coil in the package is Kanthal Single Mesh 0.15ohm Coil (40-70W).



This Freemax Mesh Pro tank is compatible with eight different coils, including SS316L Single Mesh 0.12ohm Coil (400℉-550℉), Kanthal Single Mesh 0.15ohm Coil (40-70W), Kanthal Double Mesh 0.2ohm Coil (60-90W), Kanthal Triple Mesh 0.15ohm Coil (80-110W), Kanthal DVC Coil 0.15ohm (60-120W), Kanthal DVC Coil 0.25ohm (50-100W), Firelock Sextuple Coil 0.15ohm (60-140W), Firelock Duodenary Coil 0.15ohm (80-180W).

The triple mesh coil of the same size as the double mesh coil. Just like the double mesh coil, it also has holes on the some of the wick slots as you can see, so that the liquid can better fill into the coil center.



After wetting the coil and filling the tank, I built it on the Geekvape Aegis box mod. They fit pretty well.

Freemax Mesh Pro tank is available in a couple of colors. I have three of them in using with different coil heads separately.



The main difference with the three different mesh coils is the density of vapor. Flavor is not that much different and all the three produce nice flavor. The triple mesh coil can produces much denser vapor than the other two. The draw is much smoother with the triple mesh coil. I think it’s because it has more holes on it.

Cons:
1. The bulged airflow ring makes it a big tank, not fit for some mods.
2. Instead of a red dot on the tank, it would be better to have a slash for indicating how to push open the top cap.
3. The single mesh coil makes it a noisy tank (actually, all the mesh tanks make noise).

Pros:
1. Fantastic performance and flavor.
2. One of my favorite two mesh tanks.
3. Build quality is pretty nice.
4. It produces dense vapor.
5. Compatible with a couple of different coils
